A 3PL with real operations and a quiet brand.

Tradefull moves inventory for ecommerce brands: warehousing, fulfillment, and integration into 45 marketplaces, with Pier 1, bodybuilding.com, and dressbarn already on the roster. The operating side was strong. The brand read quieter than the work deserved.

I came on as Brand and Marketing Director in November 2022 and ran both halves: the visual system on every surface below, and the campaigns that put it in front of large ecommerce brands.

The campaign that landed three multi-million dollar clients.

The carousel system, all of it.

LinkedIn carousels aimed at large ecommerce brands, built in the same visual language as the ads. Every slide in the system is on these lanes at its native size; grab one, or click a slide to read it.

Five client stories, researched and designed from scratch.

I interviewed the clients and the internal teams, then wrote and designed each page. Four of the five page designs, straight from the working Figma file. Scroll inside a frame to read the whole page, metrics and all.

Cold outreach that got watched.

When the target list got short enough, the outreach got weirder. Each video was produced for exactly one company and published where their team would find it. Tap to play; both are still live on Tradefull’s channel.

The investor deck came out of the same sprint as the campaign work. The company raised its venture round on it.

SIXTEEN SLIDES IN THE SAME VISUAL LANGUAGE AS THE ADS

A 3PL sale is a trust sale, and trust hates a voice that drifts.

A prospect at this level sees the ad, swipes the carousel, reads a case study, maybe gets a video made just for their team, and eventually their leadership sees the deck. At Tradefull every one of those surfaces came off the same desk, so the story never drifted between them.

That consolidation is where the results came from. The campaign landed three multi-million dollar clients because the creative, the proof pages, and the outreach were all telling one story about the same warehouse. It worked well enough that the outreach targets became clients.

The seams between specialties are where B2B deals leak.
