Do I need to be a developer?

No. If you can log into your Shopify admin, Meta Events Manager, and GA4, you can run this audit. The report tells you what is broken. You decide whether to fix it yourself or hire someone.

Does this work with platforms other than Shopify?

The tracking and attribution modules apply to any ecommerce platform. The theme performance module is Shopify-specific. WooCommerce and custom storefronts can still use three of the four modules.

What do I get at the end?

A scored report across all four modules with a prioritized list of fixes. Each fix includes an estimated impact level so you know where to focus first.
